We use Casting Process to manufacture our products. This process involves creating a mold of the desired handle shape and then pouring molten brass into the mold. The brass is then allowed to cool and solidify, taking on the shape of the mold. Once the handle has solidified, it is removed from the mold and any excess material is trimmed off.

Finishing

After casting process, handles go through machining process to create threads, drilling, polishing and other finishing process.
