Inside Door Handle Manufacturing: The Casting Process
MA
Casting
We use Casting Process to manufacture our products. This process involves creating a mold of the desired handle shape and then pouring molten brass into the mold. The brass is then allowed to cool and solidify, taking on the shape of the mold. Once the handle has solidified, it is removed from the mold and any excess material is trimmed off.
The casting process allows for a high level of precision and accuracy in the manufacturing of brass door handles. It also allows for the creation of handles with intricate designs and details. The brass used in the casting process has properties that gives the handles their durability and resistance to corrosion.
Finishing
After casting process, handles go through machining process to create threads, drilling, polishing and other finishing process. Quality checks are done at different stages to ensure that the final product meets the desired specifications and is suitable for use as a door handle. Brass casting is a cost-effective method of producing high-quality door handles in large quantities. The brass door handles produced using this method are known for their durability, strength, and resistance to corrosion, making them a popular choice for use in homes and commercial buildings.
